Founder James Lodridge has spent 27 years in engineering, operations and continuous improvement. Much of that work has been taking processes from manual to digital: work-order sign-offs, engineering change requests, rework priority, shipping, maintenance, inspections and safety walks. Every one started with a process map and an A3, and ended with an SOP.
